Für unser bekanntes 4*+ Hotel mit 50 urchigen Zimmern, dem Gourmet Restaurant Guarda Val (15 Punkte Gault Millau) und dem rustikalen Bündner Restaurant Crap Naros suchen wir Sie als MitarbeiterIn. Unser Guarda Val ist das einzigartige Maiensässhotel, das sich auf elf bis zu 300 Jahre alte Hütten und Ställe verteilt. Im Weiler Sporz, direkt oberhalb der Lenzerheide auf 1600 Meter über Meer, verbindet es die Faszination gewachsener Bündner Alptradition mit Luxus, Genuss und von Herzen persönlichem Service.


  • Abgeschlossene KV Berufslehre oder entsprechende gastgewerbliche Berufslehre
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (Protel, Simple Booking und Hotel-Spider)
  • Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Programme
  • Belastbarkeit und hohe Flexibilität
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und ausgeprägtes Engagement
  • Teamplayer

Einen Rezeptionist (w/m/d),

Durch dich erhält unsere Rezeption und die Leitung Front Office bei der Umsetzung der neu konzipierten Limitless Vision, wie auch bei administrativen Aufgaben tatkräftige Unterstützung.


Wir suchen dich, wenn du gerne folgende Zusatzbereiche bei uns im Hotel erlernen möchtest:

  • Pflege der Buchungssysteme in allen relevanten Kanälen
  • Betreuung der Onlineplattformen und deren Schnittstellenprogramme
  • Vorbereitung von Revenue- & Yield Meeting auf Maiensäss-Art
  • Mitgestaltung von Preissplittings & Arbeiten in Stammdaten von PMS System Protel

Zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben zählen:

  • Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in unserer Gäste
  • Check-In und Check-Out via Protel
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung der Offerten und Reservierungen
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentral
  • Anfallende administrative Aufgaben am Empfang sowie Concierge-Tätigkeiten
  • Ablösung von Nachtdienst
  • Früh- und Spätdienst
